Sunday 12th May
Rover P4 Drivers Guild National Rally, Cottesbrooke Hall, Northampton. This rally will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Rover P4 Drivers Guild and all Rovers are very welcome to attend. The entry cost is £4.00, which enables entrants to collect their programme and rally plaque on the day. Friday 17th - Friday 24th May
British Car Week, Gothenburg Sweden. Organised by the Rover Club of Sweden, this event has a scenic run and parade on Sunday 19th, and a series of activities arranged by the hosts on the Mon., Tues. & Wed. evenings. Accommodation is at the Novotel in Gothenburg. Costs for the return ferry trip plus bed & breakfast at the Novotel Gothenburg will be £345 per person maximum, based on two people sharing. Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th May
The 8th Scottish All-Rover Rally, Kelburn Castle & Country Centre, near Largs, Ayrshire. Entry to the Rally is £7.00 per car (not £6.50 as previously quoted), this price includes admission for up to 4 people to the Country Centre on both days (a saving of £30!), plus a souvenir rally plaque. Camping and caravanning space is available on site. With autojumble, quiz, prize raffle and our unique ‘sample rides’, this is an event not to be missed. Sunday 26th May
Norfolk & Norwich Rover Owners Club Silver Jubilee Rally, Bressingham Steam Museum & Gardens, Diss, Norfolk. Once again the organiser’s are keen to see as many P6 variants attend as possible. Entry to the event is £5.50 per car and will allow access to the Gardens, Museum and Garden Centre, however train rides will cost extra. A special Silver Jubilee plaque will be available providing entry is received before the 10th April. Monday 3rd June
Grand Classic Car Rally and Parade, Wallingford, South Oxfordshire. Part of a four day programme of Golden Jubilee celebrations, cars will meet at the Hithercroft Industrial Estate from 9.00 am, and the parade will set off at 11.00 am, bound for the Showground in the twon centre. Friday 7th, Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th June
N.T.P.R., Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, North Wales. Set in the heart of Snowdonia, the rally is based at the Royal Oak Hotel in Betws-y-Coed. The weekend program includes a Treasure Hunt, visits to a local motor museum and Bodnant Gardens, award presentations and lots of social activities. Cost for the complete weekend is only £139 per person (2 nights dinner,bed & breakfast, lunches both days, entry to the motor museum  & Bodnant Gardens!) Sunday 16th June
P6 Rover Owners Club 20th Anniversary Rally, Chatsworth House, Derbyshire. Scene of the Club’s largest ever Rallies in 1992 and 1997. This rally will be free to all club members. If you only go to one rally in 2002 this is the one to choose. Hopefully there will be over 300 P6s present including some very rare cars. All members are invited to attend; if you need help with accommodation we can provide contacts for local B&B’s and hotels. See the entry form in the February issue of the Club magazine, P6 News, get it filled in now and sent off before you forget! Late entries run the risk of not getting a plaque, as these will be ordered well in advance of June.

Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th June
The 3rd Beamish All-Rover Rally, Beamish North of England Open Air Museum, Co. Durham. This two-day event is open to all Rover, Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles. Entrants are welcome to attend either one or both days. There will be a ‘Night Out’ in the Golf Club at Beamish on the Saturday and as usual camping and caravanning facilities are also available. Mid. Lincs. Rover Club Rally. This very well attended rally for all Rover cars will once again be held at the East Kirkby Aviation Museum. Further details are available from Bryan Leggate on 01790 763344.

Sunday 30th June
The South East Rover Rally. "Run by Rover Enthusiasts for Rover Enthusiasts." A coproduction of the P5ROC and the RSR, this rally will be held at Bewl Water, Lamberhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Sunday 21st July
S.A.V.E. Wheels of Yesteryear 2002, Dalmeny House, Nr. Edinburgh. This is one of Scotland’s best shows, with a superb display of vintage and classic cars, along with a huge autojumble. For entry details, contact George Beattie (Lothian R.O.) on 01506 842979.

Sunday 21st July
19th Uxbridge Rotary Charity Auto Show. The N.W. London group invite P6 cars to join them on their Club Show area. Free entry and plaque, but entrants must pre-book to reserve a place. For more information call Alec (N.W. London R.O.) on 0208 845 6233.

Sunday 4th August
9th BMC/BL Annual Rally and Spares Day, Ferry Meadows, Nene Park, Peterborough. This event has a good autojumble of BMC/BL spares, raffle, trophies and, availability permitting, a flypast by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. For more information, contact Mick & Barbara Clarke on 01476 572124.

P6ROC "Informal Gathering", Golden Valley, Nr. Hereford. This is a caravan and camping weekend, and is being organised by our hard working Chairman, Paul Wilkinson.
